"turning the place over' by richard wilson consists of a rotating wall
that turns 360º. cut in the wall of an old wine lodge in liverpool, UK
the installation sits opposite one of the city's train stations. the artist
sliced an 'egg-shaped section' out of the building's facade – 'fixing the
eight metre diameter piece on a pivot' so it can spin."
